      Set "read-only" permission on vcenter virt-who user and run virt-who report

      Expected results:

       

      VCenter8 virt-who user with 'read-only' permission should be able to collect hypervisor mapping data as in older VCenter versions

      Actual results:

      VCenter8 virt-who user with 'read-only' permission is not able to collect hypervisor mapping data.
