I don't exactly know why, but libguestfs is currently uninstallable in RHEL 10:
DEBUG util.py:461: Error: DEBUG util.py:461: Problem 1: package libguestfs-1:1.52.1-6.el10.x86_64 from build requires (libguestfs-appliance = 1:1.52.1-6.el10 or libguestfs-noappliance), but none of the providers can be installed DEBUG util.py:461: - package libguestfs-devel-1:1.52.1-6.el10.x86_64 from build requires libguestfs.so.0()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed DEBUG util.py:461: - package libguestfs-devel-1:1.52.1-6.el10.x86_64 from build requires libguestfs(x86-64) = 1:1.52.1-6.el10, but none of the providers can be installed DEBUG util.py:461: - package libguestfs-appliance-1:1.52.1-6.el10.x86_64 from build requires syslinux-extlinux, but none of the providers can be installed DEBUG util.py:461: - conflicting requests DEBUG util.py:461: - nothing provides syslinux-extlinux-nonlinux = 6.04-0.28.el10 needed by syslinux-extlinux-6.04-0.28.el10.x86_64 from build
We should probably just get rid of the syslinux dependency since it is optional and we don't need it for our own tooling in RHEL 10.
