      Description of problem:

      [ALL LANG] RHSM Cockpit Client GUI displayed as blank when by using root user to login OS.

      How reproducible: 100%

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Installed latest RHEL9.5 build and login OS with root user.
      2. Open RHSM Cockpit Client by clicking Applications - Red Hat Subscription Manager icon.

      Expected results:

      RHSM Cockpit Client GUI can be displayed as normally when by using root user to login OS.

      Actual results:

      RHSM Cockpit Client GUI displayed as blank when by using root user to login OS.
