We're using the flatpak-runtime-container component as we don't have one for the module.

Goal: 

• Update package list and configuration files for the flatpak-runtime module and rebuild it

Acceptance Criteria

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• module is rebuilt
• errata is filed so that the packages in it are signed
• containers are succesfully built against the module
