Update tests to use tmt instead of sti and add aarch64 support

      testing farm recently enabled aarch64 for the tests, causing it to fail because it assumes the iso built is for x86. Move to using tmt tests, and add aarch64 support to make this consistent with the rhel10 tests which already use tmt.
