Set default resolution to a more sensible modern size like 1280x800 (WXGA) for viogpudo driver

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Boot windows 10 x64 vm with uefi and virtio-vga device and viogpudo driver installed, inside VM check the default resolution

Actual results:
Default resolution is 1024x768
Expected results:
Default resolution is 1280x800

Both virtio-win-prewhql-0.1-221 & virtio-win-1.9.25-2.el9_0.noarch has same behavior
