      Boot win2019 guest, set cpu cores a big value(e.g.240), guest BSOD.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
      qemu-kvm-5.0.0-0.module+el8.3.0+6620+5d5e1420
      kernel-4.18.0-214.el8.x86_64
      guest os build: 17763.1217

      How reproducible:
      always

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Boot win2019 guest with '-smp 1,maxcpus=240,cores=240' or '-smp 240,cores=240'

      1. /usr/libexec/qemu-kvm -m 30G /home/kvm_autotest_root/images/win2019-64-virtio-scsi.qcow2 -vnc :0 -monitor stdio -smp 140,cores=140

      Actual results:
      Guest BSOD.

      Expected results:
      Guest boot up without error.

      Additional info:
      1. Hit same issue on 8.2.1av(qemu-kvm-4.2.0-27.module+el8.2.1+7092+9d345e72), but it works before(qemu-kvm-core-4.2.0-20.module+el8.2.1+6467+49dc3278.x86_64). Not sure if it's a qemu regression or guest os issue.
