      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      execute "systemctl hibernate" and system stays on and shows locked screen

      Disabling the selinux allows me to successfully hibernate and resume system.

      Selinux error info: selinux-error

      Default suspend (deep sleep) is working.

      Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen: selinux-policy-40.13.5-1.el10.noarch

      1. boot
      2. log in
      3. execute systemctl hibernate
