      The following needs to be verified in order for this epic to be considered complete:

      • pcs provides means to display cluster configuration in three forms:
        • plain text
        • json - stable interface designed to be machine processed easily
        • pcs commands - to be able to easily recreate the configuration
      • pcs provides API which exports cluster configuration in data structure
      • pcs capabilities are updated to announce the export is available
      • pcs manpage and help text is updated accordingly

      As a pcs user, I want to be able to export cluster configuration in form of pcs commands so that I can run these commands to recreate the configuration.
