      Goal

      Pacemaker team has announced upstream that support for rkt bundles is going to be dropped in Pacemaker 3. Pcs needs to follow that.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Pcs no longer considers 'rkt' to be a valid bundle container type.
      • pcs capabilities are updated to reflect the change
