anaconda-iso ignores several kickstart verbs

      When I build an anaconda ISO with bib and swap the default kickstart with a custom using e.g. mkksiso, several kickstart verbs don't work: firstboot, services, skipx, xconfig, rootpw, user, group, sshkey, authselect, selinux, realm.
