Description of problem:
The installer is stuck on "Red Hat CDN".
Picking "ISO file" in the Installation Source page gets ignored.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Graphical install, from ISO
2. Installation Source; pick "ISO file", hit Done
3.

Actual results:
Installation Source is still shown as "Red Hat CDN",
and external access is done during the subsequent install

Expected results:
Should show, and use, the locally-available mounted ISO

Additional info:
Had selected a non-default Software Selection. If that is a factor (i.e.
components not present on the ISO) that that should be clear during
software selection.
