This EPIC tracks the multipath work done in 1H 2024.  It is primarily meant to capture the upstream work, which consists of development activities and patch review that happen outside the RHEL process.  It also makes sense to capture the RHEL packaging activities, but those Jira issues may migrate to the successor EPIC should they cross the calendar boundary.
