What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Previously in the late 9.4 development phase a few libtirpc patches (RHEL-27936 and RHEL-11183) were merged as 9.4.z but not the main rhel9.

Turns out the libtirpc's version in 9.5 is lower that 9.4.z for now:

libtirpc-1.3.3-6.el9 in 9.5 -
http://download.eng.pek2.redhat.com/redhat/rhel-9/nightly/RHEL-9/latest-RHEL-9.5/compose/BaseOS/x86_64/os/Packages/

libtirpc-1.3.3-8.el9_4 in 9.4 -
http://download.eng.pek2.redhat.com/redhat/rhel-9/nightly/RHEL-9/latest-RHEL-9.4/compose/BaseOS/x86_64/os/Packages/

This need to be fixed as we need those libtirpc fix for e.g. RHEL-31858
