Description of problem:
When partitioning the installation-disk, one is unable to set mount-options for the defined filesystems.

Anaconda-29.19.1.13-1.el8 (RHEL8.1 ISO)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start graphical installer
2. Select destination-disk
3. Add filesystems
4. Find lack of "mount-options" in the filesystem pane

Actual results:
No option to add mount options for a filesystem

Expected results:
Options for mounting a filesystem editable during partitioning
