[RFE] Allow Webui to select the minor release of the image being built.

      Locally hosted imagebuilder:9090 does not have a method to select a minor release.

      Right now we can only manually make a text file, then push that blueprint in.

      We should have a drop down in the UI to allow users to select a minor release without needed to use a text file.

      This would match the HMS image builder/Edge as well
