      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      Customer is requesting to update libzstd to version 1.5.5 in RHEL 8. 

      This package is available in RHEL 7 but not in RHEL 8

      Expected results

      Customer expects to have Version 1.5.5+ of libzstd available in RHEL 8. 

      Actual results

       ** libzstd 1.4.4 is only available in RHEL 8
