Given a system administrator configures a RHEL-9.5 system with NetworkManager,
When they attempt to set up a DHCP for network interfaces
Then NetworkManager should use a supported DHCP client instead of `dhclient`

      Definition of Done:

The implementation meets the acceptance criteria
Unit test and integration test are written and pass
The fix is part of a downstream build attached to an errata
The initial text for this enhancement in the feature-reason-result format (More detailsĀ here)

.The `dhcp-client` package has been removed

The `dhcp-client` package has been removed from RHEL 10, because the ISC DHCP client is no longer maintained upstream. As a consequence, the `dhclient` utility is no longer available and you cannot use it as DHCP client in NetworkManager. As an alternative, use the NetworkManager-internal DHCP client, which was also the default in previous RHEL versions.

As `dhclient` is no longer being developed as of early 2022, continuing to support `dhclient` in NetworkManager may not be in the best interest.

This ticket is to track its removal from NetworkManager in RHEL-10 to use more actively maintained DHCP clients and ensure that NetworkManager remains aligned with current networking practices.
