.The `dhcp-client` package has been removed The `dhcp-client` package has been removed from RHEL 10, because the ISC DHCP client is no longer maintained upstream. As a consequence, the `dhclient` utility is no longer available and you cannot use it as DHCP client in NetworkManager. As an alternative, use the NetworkManager-internal DHCP client, which was also the default in previous RHEL versions.
