After quick discussion with OpenShift Virt PM team I'm creating this doc on behalf of them to highlight: RHEL 8 & 9 Documentation for 'Composing a customized RHEL system Image' our documentation doesn't seem to highlight compatibility with OpenShift Virt.

It first caught my attention in the RHEL 8 Doc under Table 1.1 of section '1.3 Image Builder output formats":

After doing a quick review of the doc, it seems like this will be bigger then just updating a table, as we frequently call out other compatible products.
