What were you trying to do that didn't work?
In fresh CentOS 9 Stream /var/log/maillog I have a lot of:
Jul 3 08:49:59 radius postfix/smtp[84813]: warning: run-time library vs. compile-time header version mismatch: OpenSSL 3.2.0 may not be compatible with OpenSSL 3.0.0
Seems like build problem?
