What were you trying to do that didn't work?
In RHEL 9.4, the clickable areas for workspace indicator buttons (not the collapsed form with the workspaces shown via popup) are vertically offset from the actual button location. A bit of the space above each button is clickable while a small area of the bottom of the buttons are essentially a dead zone.
Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:
gnome-shell-40.10-18.el9_4.x86_64
gnome-shell-extension-workspace-indicator-40.7-15.el9_4.noarch
gnome-shell-extension-window-list-40.7-15.el9_4.noarch
How reproducible:
I was able to personally reproduce the behavior easily on a RHEL 9.4 VM.
Steps to reproduce
Ensure the GNOME desktop environment , window-list and workspace-indicator extension are installed.
Enable the extensions.
Attempt to click in various areas of each workspace button.
Expected results
Whole workspace button is clickable
Actual results
Workspace button is only partially clickable.
