Intel has discontinued and archived the upstream project [1], and as such, there will be no more development or maintenance for this library. Facing this action, we should remove memkind from the RHEL-10 RPM streams as we will not be able to keep up with maintaining it in a downstream-only fashion, and the kernel group isn't equipped nor staffed to take over the upstream maintainership for this userspace custom allocator library.
