Remove dependency on libreport-filesystem

      mdadm is currently the only package that pulls in libreport (via libreport-filesystem) dependency.

      libreport is not useful without abrt, and abrt is not in RHEL 10 (it wasn't even in RHEL 9).

      Therefore this dependency is a dead weight – let's drop it

      I will open a merge request.
