      .Virtual networks use libslirp by default

      On RHEL 10 hosts, virtual networks use the `passt` networking back end by default. This provides a number of enhancements over the previous default, such as the following:

      * Enhanced user-mode networking capabilites
      * Improved performance and security
      * Full support for IPv6
      * Enables using host addresses directly on the guest, without the need for network-address translation (NAT)

      In addition, the previous default networking back end, `libslirp`, has become deprecated, and will be removed in a future major version release.
