Goal

As an ha_cluster role user, I want to be able to export existing cluster configuration to a playbook, so I can run such a playbook to recreate the cluster with the same configuration on other nodes

Acceptance Criteria

• There is an info module which exports cluster configuration in a variables structure in the same format as ha_cluster role accepts
• When the ha_cluster role is run with the exported variables, it recreates the same cluster
