[RHEL10][CS10][FTBFS] libvpx fails to build on CS10 and RHEL10

      libvpx failed to build on the June 2024 mass rebuild of CS10 and RHEL10.

      It is failling because it has a dependency on yasm, but yasm was removed from RHEL10
      You should replace yasm with nasm:
