Goal

• Provide a command-line interface that pcs can use to get parseable, OCF-like metadata for all Pacemaker options group, clone, bundle, action, and alert meta-attributes that aren't defined by the CIB schema

• Verify that metadata can be generated for group resource meta-attributes
• Verify that metadata can be generated for clone resource meta-attributes
• Verify that metadata can be generated for bundle resource meta-attributes
• Verify that metadata can be generated for action meta-attributes
• Verify that metadata can be generated for alert meta-attributes
