Someone opened a CentOS Stream releng bug like this: https://github.com/rpm-software-management/mock/pull/1388

While that's not how we expect bugs reports, it's sort of logical? They selected "CentOS Stream 10" and "releng" as a component. So I added these to our inbox, so we see them next time. 

We should then move them to the CS project.

Also, I see releng-maint-list as the assignee. This has probably generated noise for them, sorry about that! We won't encourage people to open bugs like this, and we will keep sending them to the CS project. But if they do this anyway, we'll see it and deal with it.
