Ideally users would not set a method argument for fence_sbd, however, if they do, they should be using cycle (which is the default).  When they do set the method argument they get a warning (I think it's coming from pcs).  I think we need to keep this warning for all fence agents, except for fence_sbd.

If this ends up being a difficult request to implement, let me know and we can look at potentially just closing this as it is not a highly critical issue.
