Description of problem:

PackageKit starts to search-file when executing a command which does not exist.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Execute a command which doesn't exist

1. date;dfsfd
   Thu Dec 16 20:02:40 CST 2021
   bash: dfsfd: command not found...

2. Check journal log

1. journalctl | tail -n1
   Dec 16 20:02:40 R84 PackageKit[6288]: search-file transaction /918_aabcbbac from uid 0 finished with success after 196ms

The following log output in journal

PackageKit[6288]: search-file transaction /918_aabcbbac from uid 0 ...

Expected results:

PackageKit doesn't do search-file.
