Description of problem:
Currently "efibootmgr -c" prepends the new Boot entry to BootOrder.
Customers may want to append to BootOrder instead, which is not currently possible.
Latest Upstream "efibootmgr" code now has "-I <index>" but it's not convenient as well because it has no support for "-1" value, which would mean append as last.
For now, you need to know at which index (so how long the array is) to append as last entry.
