      Description of problem:
it seems the current rhel 7.9 shim release breaks our fujitsu rx2540 m2 servers. I would guess from the bz discussion around https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2113005 it could be this issue

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
      shim-x64-15.6-3.el7_9.x86_64

      How reproducible:
      Have a fujitsu rx2540 m2 bios version V5.0.0.11 R1.31.0

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Install RHEL 7.9
      2. Update to shim-x64-15.6-3.el7_9.x86_64
      3. Reboot

      Actual results:
      Hang

      Expected results:
      Boots
