What were you trying to do that didn't work?
Run a macro multiple times.
Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:
vim-enhanced-8.2.2637-20.el9_1.s390x
How reproducible:
100%
Steps to reproduce
- Open a python script
- Record a macro, e.g. "q1<insert 4 spaces, navigate back 4 spaces and one line down>q"
- Try to execute the macro several times "4@1"
Expected results
The macro is executed 4 times
Actual results
The macro is executed only once
Additional notes
Still works well with upstream on F40
vim-enhanced-9.1.452-1.fc40
I don't change my VIM settings, I don't have a .vimrc or .vim folder in HOME.
It works well with vim-enhanced-8.2.2637-16.el9_0.3.s390x
I have found it doesn't reproduce on a plain text file /tmp/tmp but only when I open a python file.
