      Description of problem:

fwupd provided grub configuration drop-in /etc/grub.d/35_fwupd not marked as configure file in rpm. This prevents an override of the configuration file, by e.g. an empty file, to disable the feature.

As reference, see grub2-tools that has the grub.d files as config files marked:

      1. rpm -Vv grub2-tools | grep grub.d
        ......... c /etc/grub.d/00_header
        ..5....T. c /etc/grub.d/01_users
        ......... c /etc/grub.d/08_fallback_counting
        ......... c /etc/grub.d/10_linux
        ......... c /etc/grub.d/10_reset_boot_success
        ......... c /etc/grub.d/12_menu_auto_hide
        ......... c /etc/grub.d/20_linux_xen
        ......... c /etc/grub.d/20_ppc_terminfo
        ......... c /etc/grub.d/30_os-prober
        ......... c /etc/grub.d/30_uefi-firmware
        ......... c /etc/grub.d/40_custom
        ......... c /etc/grub.d/41_custom
        ......... /etc/grub.d/README

      Actual results:

      1. rpm -Vv fwupd | grep grub.d
        ......... /etc/grub.d/35_fwupd

      Expected results:

      1. rpm -Vv fwupd | grep grub.d
        ......... c /etc/grub.d/35_fwupd
