      Actual results

leapp manpage contains number of outdated info:

      DESCRIPTION section
          - references upgrade from RHEL-7 to RHEL-8 which is incorrect
      ENVIRONMENT section
          - lists LEAPP_OVL_SIZE envvar which is obsoleted since ~1 year
          - LEAPP_DEVEL_SOURCE_PRODUCT_TYPE and LEAPP_DEVEL_TARGET_PRODUCT_TYPE - mentions 'beta' and 'htb' product types which do not exist anymore.

      REPORTING BUGS section
          - outdated link to bug tracking tool (bugzilla), incorrect product version (again RHEL-7 instead RHEL-8)
          - mentions that bug should be opened against 'leapp-repository' component even though the manpage comes from "leapp" package (and not from leapp-upgrade package)
