What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Grafana was unable to connect to MSSQL's data source via port 1433 due to current SELinux rules.

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      grafana-9.2.10-16.el8_10.x86_64
      grafana-selinux-9.2.10-16.el8_10.x86_64

      How reproducible:

      Always.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Install RHEL8.10
      2. Configure grafana to use MSSQL data source: https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/datasources/mssql/

      Expected results

Grafana should be able to work.

      Actual results
