What were you trying to do that didn't work?
Trying to apply security patches on a RHEL9.4 system which is almost up-to-date, the update fails because newer flatpak-selinux-1.12.9-1.el9_4.noarch requires selinux-policy-38.1.35-2.el9_4.2 which isn't available yet:
[root@vm-rhel9 ~]# yum update --security ... Last metadata expiration check: 0:00:31 ago on Tue 18 Jun 2024 03:19:12 PM CEST. Error: Problem 1: cannot install the best update candidate for package flatpak-selinux-1.12.8-1.el9.noarch - nothing provides selinux-policy >= 38.1.35-2.el9_4.2 needed by flatpak-selinux-1.12.9-1.el9_4.noarch from app-os - nothing provides selinux-policy-base >= 38.1.35-2.el9_4.2 needed by flatpak-selinux-1.12.9-1.el9_4.noarch from app-os Problem 2: problem with installed package selinux-policy-targeted-38.1.35-2.el9_4.noarch - package flatpak-1.12.9-1.el9_4.x86_64 from app-os requires (flatpak-selinux = 1.12.9-1.el9_4 if selinux-policy-targeted), but none of the providers can be installed - cannot install the best update candidate for package flatpak-1.12.8-1.el9.x86_64 - nothing provides selinux-policy >= 38.1.35-2.el9_4.2 needed by flatpak-selinux-1.12.9-1.el9_4.noarch from app-os - nothing provides selinux-policy-base >= 38.1.35-2.el9_4.2 needed by flatpak-selinux-1.12.9-1.el9_4.noarch from app-os (try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
