Description of problem:
during installation of a flatpak app, i had both cli and gui sessions running. the installation prompted for password several times, but always in the gui session, not in the cli session where the installation was started.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ssh to server
2. vncserver
3. flatpak install <flatpak app>

Actual results:
the cli installation prompts for password in the gui session

Expected results:
the cli installation prompts for password in the cli, the same way how rpm/yum/dnf works, for example
