      Cloned from RHEL8.
Applies for RHEL9 as well, except for I did not manage to set wallpaper by ctrl+f8 shortcut at all.

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1967598 +++

      Description of problem:
Shortcut ctrl+f8 does not work to set wallpaper in wayland

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
      eog-3.28.4-1.el8.x86_64

      How reproducible:
      always

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Start eog and open any picture there
      2. hit ctrl+f8 to set the picture as wallpaper
      3.

      Actual results:
Nothing happens except for 1px in width blue line between properties pane and actual picture appears.

      Expected results:
      Wallpaper is set

      Additional info:

      • Reproducible with wayland, not with X11
      • This may be matter of bad application widget focusing. If I close side pane and open it by mouse cursor, it works.
