Description of problem:
The remote-info command is currently not prompting for authentication.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.flatpak remote-add brew-auth oci+https://flatpaks.redhat.io/rhel
2.flatpak remote-info brew-auth com.redhat.Platform

Actual results:
error: Server returned status 401: Unauthorized

Expected results:
Before refusing the access, there should be the authentication prompt.
