      Description of problem:
Sometimes, screencast can not be stopped by keyboard shortcut, only by pkill. Generated webm file is empty.

      Journal says following:
      Jan 11 10:35:59.991515 localhost.localdomain systemd[235750]: Started dbus-:1.3-org.gnome.Shell.Screencast@20.service.
      Jan 11 10:35:59.991896 localhost.localdomain systemd[1]: systemd-journald.service: Got notification message from PID 84144 (FDSTORE=1)
      Jan 11 10:35:59.991955 localhost.localdomain systemd[1]: systemd-journald.service: Added fd 41 (n/a) to fd store.
      Jan 11 10:36:00.106894 localhost.localdomain gjs[252223]: libEGL warning: DRI2: failed to authenticate

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
      gnome-shell-40.10-5.el9.x86_64
      gjs-1.68.6-1.el9.x86_64

      How reproducible:
On some machines in openstack, not always, seems like a race.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Start screencast by keyboard shortcut
      2. Try to stop it

      Actual results:
Screencast does not stop, does not produce any data in file.

      Expected results:
      Screncast should work reliably.
