This bug was initially created as a copy of Bug #1704341
I am copying this bug because:
Description of problem:
- Brasero cannot burn BluRay disks
- With the deprecation of KDE, there is no longer a graphical disk burning tool that can burn BluRays (K3B had this feature)

How reproducible:
- 100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Functionality does not exist in Brasero

- Cannot burn BluRay disks using a GUI application
Expected results:
- Graphical application with Blu Ray disk burning capability baked-in
Additional info:
- There is no feature parity in this regard between the now-deprecated K3B and Brasero. Filing this as a regression due to loss of feature parity between RHEL 7 and 8
