Running `ip fou` gating test got:

[root@vm-10-0-186-55 ~]# ip fou show
RTNETLINK answers: No such file or directory
Error talking to the kernel
[root@vm-10-0-186-55 ~]# modprobe fou
modprobe: FATAL: Module fou not found in directory /lib/modules/6.9.0-7.el10.x86_64
