rngd[2747]: [namedpipe]: Initialization Failed

rng-tools-6.16-7.el9.x86_64

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to reproduce

1.  Boot up a RHEL-9 VM on Azure
2.  systemctl status rngd

Expected results

No failed logs in rngd service

Actual results

See such failed log:
rngd[2747]: [namedpipe]: Initialization Failed

Additional info

• Issue still reproducible if adding "-O namedpipe:timeout:60:" in /etc/sysconfig/rngd and restart rngd service
• Not see any more logs about namedpipe when adding '-d' in /etc/sysconfig/rngd
