      Description

The BoltDB database backend will no longer be the default with Podman v5.0, and the SQLite database backend will be the default.  The BoltDB backend will still be usable/available when doing an upgrade, but the end user will not be able to select it once SQLite has been enabled for the first time on the system

What SSTs and Layered Product teams should review this?
