RHEL 8.6 EUS support ended on May 31, 2024, however the base image needs to continue being built and updated. As part of the transition to AUS, it is necessary to update the container configuration and do an initial manual build of the els container.

• Update content_sets.yml to use E4S repos and not EUS
• Continue building all 4 architectures in accordance with RHELCOUNCL-91 until July 17, 2024
• After the config changes, manually build and ship the rhel-els container ASYNC to the RHEL-8.6.0.Z.AUS release
