.The CIB manager no longer increases in size indefinitely with each request from an asynchronous client

Previously, when the CIB manager received a request from an asynchronous client, it leaked a small amount of memory. This caused the CIB manager process gradually to grow in size. With this fix, the relevant memory is freed for asynchronous clients and the CIB manager process does not grow in size indefinitely.

We received an upstream bug report (https://bugs.clusterlabs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5536) of a memory leak in pacemaker-attrd when running attrd_updater in a loop. Investigation reveals this to have been a known problem that was fixed in the main branch and is subsequently fixed in 9.5 builds.

The underlying bug is a regression introduced by commit e83821a44bf which was introduced in 2.1.7. At the time, we believed the bug had not been in any release, but that is incorrect.
