Do not use fedora.repo for test build of the boot.iso

      The tmt test system has a fedora.repo present and the run_tests.sh script currently uses all repos present on the host to build a test boot.iso. On RHEL10 this is causing a problem because it is using packages not built for RHEL10.

      Update the repo gathering in the test script to exclude the fedora.repo
