      When trying to update ipa-client, dnf update fails because python3.9dist(ifaddr) is not available.

      Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

       

      ipa-client 4.12.0-1.el9 and python3-ipalib 4.12.0-1.el9

      Add python-ifaddr to distro.
