Automated update through cockpit, reboot the system when required.

Customer would like cockpit to have option to:
- Automatically apply updates to system,
- Reboot system when required.
4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Wants to configure automatic updates to system and have the system reboot when required.
5. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
Cu suggesting that dnf-automatic could be used.
Upstream suggesting that tracer might be a better technological choice.
6. Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla?

RHEL8. Customer would like it 'sooner than later'.
Customer is hoping to have this for RHEL8 and RHEL9. I will raise a separate RFE for RHEL8 and put a comment in both linking them.
